This option is optimal if you do not want to spend a lot of money staging the home yourself, or you simply do not know what you need.

If you need more than just recommendations of furniture placement and accessories to buy, then we can help. We are experienced professionals trained to know exactly what to add or remove, and where furniture should be placed in a room.
Home Staging is proven to reduce perceived negatives of the home, and "highlights" perceived positives, which ultimately increases perceived size and value.

Initially, we walk the home with you taking pictures and notes. Typically this takes about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the size of the home. The on-site designer makes appropriate suggestions during the consultation and then offers a written report via email.
We love to offer advice how to make your home the best it can be! We are not selling your "stuff" we are trying to sell the home. There is a difference between a designed home you live in and a designed home to sell.
